What is it?

What is the new dispensary?

The dispensary is your dedicated URL that allows your patients to shop the DFH webstore without first creating an account.

A free, full-functionality, virtual supplement store at your patients’ fingertips.

How do we set this up?

Your dispensary is ready to use today and is a built-in benefit of having a Designs for Health practitioner account.

Can I brand this dispensary?

Phase 1 is not able to be branded. But phase 2 is already in development and will be brandable. Stay tuned!

How do we use it?

Your dispensary is ready to use today and is a built-in benefit of having a Designs for Health practitioner account.

How does the patient access the dispensary?

The patient can access it in two different ways. First, it can be emailed to them (with or without specific recommendations already loaded into their cart). Second, you can set up a Shop button on your website that links to the dispensary.

What is the patient experience?

Patients get the benefit of a modern e-commerce experience and can shop the entire DFH catalog, reorder, along with managing their orders.

How do we embed this on our site?

Simply copy the link and link it to a Shop button on your website. Consult your web designer for more questions.

Can we promote bundles of products?

Yes! You can now go to any of our Supplement Templates (or make your own) and there is a built-in Buy Link that you can share with your patients.

Can we do e-scripting?

You can do e-scripting through your Well World practitioner portal. Ask your sales rep for more details.

Commissions

How does the commission work?

There are no changes to DFH’s best-in-class commission structure. You receive a 40% commission on anything less than $1K of sales per month. Once you cross $1K in monthly sales, you receive a 50% commission. We’re proud to provide the best supplement ROI in the industry.

Can we see our sales data?

All your sales data will be available in My Account on designsforhealth.com and includes patient names associated with each order for easy monitoring and accounting.

Individual scripts generated in Well World will still be visible from the Well World practitioner portal.

Pricing

Can patients see prices?

Yes, patients can see retail prices without having to first log in and create an account.

How do discounts work?

Right now you can apply standing discounts per patient through Well World when you are assigning plans

Shipping

What’s the shipping policy?

As on the DFH webstore, Free Shipping applies to any orders over $49 ($8.95 standard shipping charge applies for orders under $49).

Can patients auto-ship?

Yes patients are able to auto-ship.
